Thir area: Programming assistance for Obstructive Sleep Apnoea
As part of our commitment to improving patients' health, we offer assistance with programming treatments for obstructive sleep apnoea. Using DICOM and STL files, we measure the airway volume and compare it with the parameters of the ventilatory polygraph or polysomnographic sleep recording.
Using three-dimensional simulations, we assess the possibility of curing obstructive sleep apnoea, while respecting facial harmony through appropriate mandibular and maxillary displacements. Maxillary and mandibular displacements are quantified. An intermediate and final splint are made to help the surgeon carry out the procedure.
Our treatment proposal is not binding on 3D Vision Ortho. It must be validated by the surgeon in charge of the patient, who is in fact solely responsible.
